Scientific Lead - Global Hip Dysplasia Registry (GHDR)

“Surpassing 6000 patients worldwide speaks to the power of collaboration and cooperation on a global scale. We have recently increased the number of hospitals contributing to GHDR to 47, across all six inhabited continents, poising GHDR to make a global impact for children with hip dysplasia. The success of GHDR is letting us ask more specific questions in clinical trials to find solutions to some longstanding problems about treatments and outcomes for children with hip dysplasia on an unprecedented global scale. Reaching this milestone in GHDR has shown us what else is possible when you approach collaboration with a local-to-global mindset.”

Reaching this recruitment milestone enables GHDR researchers to develop and conduct research that can better help children with hip dysplasia

GHDR continues to be a leading collective force that aims to alleviate the burden of pediatric hip conditions such as hip dysplasia.
