Masters Student Awarded the BCCHR Trainee Knowledge Exchange Grant!

Master’s student, Duneesha De Silva, was just awarded the BCCHR Trainee Knowledge Exchange Grant through Evidence to Innovation theme for her project.

This award provides funding of up to $5,000 in total over a 1-year period for “Establishing patient and family research-partners for developmental dysplasia of the hip”. This work is bridging the gap between evidence and practice by engaging with patients and families directly impact by DDH by meaningfully including their perspectives in our research and educational outreach initiatives.
